The aim of the course is to provide an appreciation of some Basic of Petroleum Industry aspect especially upstream sector. You will become familiar with basic principle of petroleum engineering, starting from the petroleum system to how understanding of reservoir fluid physical properties, the petroleum geology, reservoir engineering, development and drilling engineering and well completion, production engineering, workover engineering and processing, including its equipment and facilities. The end session of the program will completed with Audio Visual Presentation of Petroleum System and also this program will conduct field trip study.

He active as facilitator at several public training & in house training programs with many topic in petroleum aspect in drilling and production areas. He taught many topic such as Introduction to Material Knowledge in Oil Industry, Drilling Engineering for Non Drilling Engineers, Drilling Materials, Basic Petroleum Engineering, Basic Drilling Engineering, Directional & Horizontal Drilling Technology and Its Applications, Mud Design and Problem Solving, etc. He also conducted as consultant and research for oil & gas industry. He received BS degree in petroleum engineering from Petroleum Department, UPN and master degree in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. Currently he as senior lecturer at Petroleum Faculty. Beside as lecturer he also as chairman of Mud Analysis Laboratory. He also actively conducted field project research that associated with oil and gas company such Pertamina.
